This Player II series from Fender is a great bang-for-the-buck Strat. You get a rosewood fretboard with lightly rolled edges and medium-jumbo frets, so it plays like a high-end instrument right out of the box. You also get really nice sounding Alnico 5 pickups and a vintage style tremolo with bent steel saddles for vintage-inspired tone. This Strat is stamped "used" from the factory. This can happen for various reasons - it could be a customer return, it could have been a demo model, or it could have minor imperfections from the manufacturing process. We don't often know the history or these guitars, but they are fully inspected by our partner MIRC and assigned a new serial number. When we get them, we fully inspect them a second time prior to listing and we document any imperfections that we find. In the case of this Strat, we could only find 2 very minor imperfections. The first is a scratch on the neck plate, and the second is a very small indentation on the headstock (so small it wouldn't photograph). Other than that, this guitar is mint! It's in better condition than most new guitars hanging on the wall in the big box stores, that's for sure.
