Alpha 250k audio taper push-pull pot.  Built to US specs, it has a 3/8" brass collar.  If this is being installed in an import guitar, you may need to widen the hole in the body or pickguard for this to fit properly.  This pot makes a great addition to a Strat so that you can combine the neck and bridge pickups or for series/parallel switching.
